Before the lockdown we managed to have a family picnic, a working bee and an open day. All these events are important opportunities to build and strengthen our community.
It was also wonderful to welcome almost 30 families to our open day. They all got to see our facilities and interact with our teachers. We hope to welcome many of these families to our kinder in 2022. As our existing families already know, we are incredibly fortunate to have very experienced, professional and friendly staff who are dedicated to the development of each child under their care.
Despite some obstacles, we have had a very good half-year at Doncaster Kindergarten and look forward to a wonderful second half. I would like to encourage everyone to get in contact if you have any questions or suggestions and to participate in any of the opportunities there are for family involvement.
